In the meantime you can search within the link for our parish cases which are contained within the two red zones under the numbers 024;025;026;267. If you open the file press Cntrl and F and type in either Collier Street or the plan number, this should give you the rationale adopted by the MBC planners. An election to fill this vacancy will be held if within fourteen days after the date of first display of a notice a request in writing for such an election is received by the Returning Officer, The Maidstone Borough Council, at his office at Maidstone House, King Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME 15 6JQ, signed by ten or more local government electors for the Parish. The official notice was placed on the parish notice board on the 10th September 2020.

In the absence of such a request, the Parish Council will proceed to fill the vacancy by co-option.

Annual Accounts [Unaudited] 2019-2020

The unaudited accounts for 2019-2020 are displayed under the Finance Accounts Tab. The account’s are currently with PKF Littlejohn for external audit. They have been subject to an internal audit. The Public Rights Period is included within these papers.
